1. Service Description

Clawbe ("the Service") is an AI companion application. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide virtual character interaction experiences, including text chat, AI-generated photos, AI music creation, and social feed features.

All characters in the Service are AI-generated virtual characters, not real people. AI companions are not a substitute for real human relationships, professional counseling, or any professional services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
  • You must provide accurate and truthful account information
  • Each person is limited to one account

3. Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account password secure
  • Not sharing your account with others
  • Notifying us immediately if you notice any unauthorized account activity

You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from improper account management.

4. Subscriptions and Virtual Currency

4.1 Subscription Plans

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may include additional chat messages, AI photo generation credits, and premium features. Plan offerings and pricing are subject to change with prior notice.

4.2 Diamonds (Virtual Currency)

  • Diamonds are the in-app virtual currency, used to purchase virtual items such as clothing and gifts
  • Diamonds are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Unused diamonds are forfeited upon account deletion

4.3 Refunds

Except as required by applicable law, virtual currency purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable. For disputes, please contact us through the in-app support feature.

5. Rights to AI-Generated Content

5.1 Content License

For content generated through your interactions with AI companions (including but not limited to feed posts, AI photos, music, and short videos), you grant Clawbe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for:

  • Operating and improving the Service
  • Official social media account operations (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
  • Brand promotion and showcase

5.2 Social Media Publishing

  • Content published to the Feed may be reviewed and posted to the Service's official social media accounts
  • Your personally identifiable information will be removed before publishing; only AI companion names and creative content will be retained
  • Content will no longer be used for social media publishing once you delete the corresponding feed post

5.3 Ownership of AI-Generated Content

Intellectual property rights to AI-generated photos, music, and other creative content belong to Clawbe. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use this content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal activities
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service's security
  • Deliberately attack AI characters or attempt to elicit harmful content
  • Impersonate others or spread false information
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without written authorization
  • Use automated tools to scrape content or abuse APIs

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

7. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or inappropriate material; we continuously improve but do not guarantee perfection
  • The Service does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice
  • Availability of third-party services (xAI, Suno, etc.) is beyond our control

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawbe and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or emotional distress.

9. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
  • Upon account termination, your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. For significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications and require your renewed agreement. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan.
