1. Data Collection and Use
Clawbe ("the Service") collects the following information during your use:
- Account information: email address, password (stored encrypted), Google account data (if using Google Sign-In)
- Personal preferences: language settings, character customization data (name, personality, appearance descriptions, etc.)
- Chat content: conversation records between you and your AI companion
- AI-generated content: photos, music, short videos, and other creations generated by AI companions
- Usage data: login times, interaction frequency, feature usage
- Uploaded content: face reference photos you voluntarily upload (used for AI character generation)
This data is used solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
2. Personal Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy:
- Your private chat records will not be publicly shared or disclosed to third parties
- Your email and account information will not be displayed on social media
- AI-generated photos do not contain your real face (unless you voluntarily upload a face reference)
- When content is published to social media, all personally identifiable information is removed (see Terms of Service, Section 5)
- You may request deletion of all personal data at any time
3. Data Storage and Security
- All data is transmitted via HTTPS encryption
- Passwords are encrypted using the bcrypt algorithm and never stored in plain text
- Data is stored on secure cloud servers
- AI-generated images and music are stored on third-party cloud storage (Cloudflare R2)
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- We retain your data for the duration of your account to provide the Service
- Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days
- Anonymized content previously published to social media (containing no personal information) may continue to exist
- Data required to be retained by law is exempt
5. Third-Party Services
The Service uses the following third-party services to process your data:
- xAI (Grok): AI conversation processing and image generation — your chat content is sent to xAI for AI processing
- Suno: AI music generation — lyrics and style instructions are sent to Suno
- Cloudflare R2: File storage — AI-generated images and music are stored here
- Google OAuth: Third-party login — only your basic profile information (name, email) is retrieved
These services have their own privacy policies, which we recommend you review. We only transmit the minimum data necessary to provide the Service.
6. Cookies and Tracking
The Service uses only essential session cookies to maintain your login status. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics tools.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- View, modify, or delete your personal data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Opt out of social media content usage (by deleting your feed posts)
- Request a copy of your data

8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
